Automatic Payment Form:

  • You may pay your association dues using automatic withdrawal from your checking account.
  • Please print the form, complete the information and include a photocopy or a voided check, then send it to RCP Community Management.
    • **Note - the payment will appear as Heritage Park on your statement.

Online bill pay via your bank:

  • You may pay your association dues using online bill pay through your bank - when using this method keep in mind it can take up to 10 business days for payment to reach our office.

Payments made will be applied first to outstanding assessments, next towards late fees, then to collections costs and lastly to CC&R fines.

Any payment made before and assessment is due will be applied to any unpaid balance.
